yes it does say : you are banned from this server or something.

Do you have IRL friends on the server? Might want to talk to them, think I overheard things in chat earlier today that may be related.

I banned you earlier when you were offline, as the roads of my city were torn up by you according to LogBlock. Its not too big an issue, just promise not to do this sort of thing again and you may be unbanned.
