Um...You need to make it a shop yourself. Just make shop chests. If you don't know how to, there is a tutorial here:

Yeah nothing special about a shop, just setup the chests/signs as the tutorial states. Then get a mod/admin to make a warp for you to publically give out to attract customers! Good luck
