You can get the game at www.minecraft.net

Once you have that: Run Minecraft > Log in > Multiplayer > mc.minetown.net > Join > Play!

Oh okay, but im not premium on minecraft. I guess i need to be a premium?

You need to have brought the game minecraft off minecraft.net to be able to use this server xx

Well, to download the game, you need to pay a small fee which is indeed called being premium I think.

There are ways to get hacked clients/copies of minecraft, though I really really really do not advise you getting any of those.

Get the game from minecraft.net. It's cheap, worth it and a one-time fee.
