I can move around on the live map, but I can't zoom in, nor switch to a player's location by clicking on their name. Is this happening to anyone else?

It sometimes happens. Try moving around on it with mouse as soon as it loads. That seems to work for me and stops it from freezing.

For me the map is always night and its loaded but i cant drag it....

As SOON as it pops up quickly drag it away from spawn and it should work. This always works for me.
