i cant even start minecraft lol. ill probly fail to connect to minetown when i get on minecraft lol

Delete everything inside of your minecraft folder and redownload it, using the launcher.

Worked fine for me, haven't had that problem since then.

That's also the case, but I was refering to the problem in general, because it sometimes occurs at a client site base to.

Yes the server is down. BUT it has nothing to do with this issue. This thread is almost two months old and just got bumped.
