Some hours ago the server went down due to technical issues at the host's datacenter.

I know none of you are responsible for that and I don't blame anyone. But the problem is there has been a rollback.

I was working on a boat at /warp pirate. In the time that got rolled back I bought&farmed loads of loads of wood, you can ask Amaryxi, colddev, chrand2106 & others. I also lost the time I spent building the captain's cabin (sawine witnessed my captain's cabin in the early stage) as well as the keel & the room under the lower deck. I lost quite some redwood as well.

If I had to estimate how much wood & redwood: About 2 and a half Large Chests normal wood and nearly one large chest of redwood. I lost some other materials but I still have those in my chest at home.

Do you reckon I am eligible for a refund? It doesn't matter what the answer is, I'm gonna rebuild it anyway.

The refund would just be a big hearts up for me.

EDIT1: I just noticed... I bought 7 Sponges in the time that got rolled back for 7x12 credits. I don't have my sponges anymore due to the rollback, but my credits are still 4002-7x12=3918

I had 1 credit, voted for 4 days = 4K and I got 1credit from someone as a gift <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f600.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":d">:d</object>

Is it possible to get these credits OR sponges refunded?

i beleive u should be refunded even if the credits only its not your fault yesterday everyone was selling u wood u really wanted this built me personal thinks u should be refunded
