I know that PVP is allowed and you can get people items,but since its been a few mouths my house got grief.

so my rare items is also gone,so i just quit my house and started digging but then since i don't have an place to stay,but StrifeOr said i can stay there for an while. but then since a long time had past he said to go away(but i didn't see the message until i got killed).but since from all that digging i got some rare stuff but he killed me and took away my stuff. but i said to give me back but he said he won't,the rare stuff that he took away is an iron block and 5 dimaonds. please help me.

You should have left when he told you to. It was within his power to kill you and keep your stuff

but can i have at least my iron block back?

Kill him outside of his property, spawn, or any city with pvp disabled and take his stuff. If he has the block then you can get the block

then can i PVP someone and take other people stuff for no reason?

You were in his house and he told you to leave. I'm pretty that was a valid reason for killing you

im not talking about that i'm just asking if i want to take someone's items
