If I try to chat it says "You cannot speak in AlertSystem"

If I type /leave Alertsystem it says "You cannot leave AlertSystem"

It tells me I am in Global, Local and Alertsystem, but I can't chat!

HELP!

use /ch global to join global chat. It should work... ?
