My question is very simple: How are #1 Soap Dropper and #1 Prisoner determined. I was checking out the Information room and it said I was the #1 Prisoner, and am now curious as to how I was selected as such. I don't mean to bring you down, but it's different for everyone. Who ever looks at the Sign, it says they're the #1 Prisoner. For example: if i looked at the sign, it would say i was #1.
