After researching further, you are definitely in the correct group. However, the /help command is no longer available for players to use. Since you don't have a <Guest> prefix before your name in-game, you are not a guest.

Ok, so I tried that, and it worked for pvp and Agharta servers, or at least it didn't ask me to become a member, but then didn't work for the main. But then on agharta I tried /help, and it still didn't work. Has this happened to anyone else?

The /help command is being replaced by something else in the coming days. Since nobody has access to that command at the moment, its not a good indicator as to whether you are a member or a guest.
